These JBL L5’s sound very, very nice!

I won’t go into too great detail about them only that these sound a little more refined to me than the L100T3’s that I had in the past.

Again there are people who love the L100T3 and won’t look at the L5 due to it having an 8 inch bass driver however when you look at the specs, they both go down to 35Htz.

I’m only selling them as I’m moving to a smaller place and looks like bookshelf speakers it is 😢.

All drivers in the L5’s are working properly!

An added BONUS in the form of a pair of bookshelf speakers, comes with 2 spare tweeters and 2x 8 inch woofers from the L5 line which is quite handy if anything ever went wrong.

What are the 8 inch L5 woofers worth?

Again there are 2 spare!

1 now spare woofer has slight surround separation so I removed it waiting to hopefully get it repaired one day.

There is also a centre channel speaker included too.

You have the potential with the spare drivers to make your own 3 way speaker design if you are game enough?

The L5’s also have their original plastic plinths (dollies not included!) which is not so common, I could be wrong.

I had these connected to a 100 watt Technics amp and was most impressed with the synergy with the pair.

There is some scuffing on the cabinets, nothing too major but they are old speakers now, the important thing is that the cabinets are still sturdy.
