Wanting to jump onto the Sonus Faber wagon without breaking the bank?
I have always wanted to get my hands on a pair of Sonus Faber speakers to answer my curiosity and get a better understanding of their raved signature sound.
This is my first pair of Sonus Faber speakers and i now get what the whole fuss is all about..... this speaker is clearly musical as well as romantic. It really is a piece of art to the eyes and a statement piece in any home.
This series of speakers is one the famous Franco Seblin earlier designs where his design ethos is more tailored towards the warmish side. However i found them to be also dynamic, coherent and detailed.... win win.
They are relative easy speakers to drive with any amplifications, whether tube or solid state - you pick your poison. Happy to audition them with either formats.
There are plenty of reviews online without boring you with all the usual adjectives.
They are in excellent condition for their age. Leather surfaces and rosewood veneer cabinets are unmarked. They also come with their original boxes for easier transportation if required.
