Further Information

Bryston 3B NRB Power amplifier

Great sounding power amp with plenty of power, comfortable with 4 ohm loads. Depending on what reviews you read these are 100 or 125 watts into 8 ohms, and up to 250 into 4 ohms. I used these to drive a pair of Thiel CS2.2 floor standers, which they did with aplomb.

The amp was purchased from Class A audio in 2013  as a used power amp, they took it as a trade in from the original owner who purchased it in 1994 from 'High Impact Digital Entertainment' in Murrumbeena (pretty sure they don't exist anymore, though I have a copy of the receipt because I still had the balance of the 20 year warranty when I got the amp in 2013; the warranty expired a year or so after I got it).

Amp had 9 years of easy use, until last year when I decide to retire the whole system. Works fine looks good, a few scratches and scuffs from living in various Hifi racks.
