Purchased earlier this year to try seeing I've had every iteration of tannoy ardens . These are the latest legacy arden and compared to the original they are definitely a more detailed speaker with less box colouration but still a classic sounding tannoy. Plenty of punch in the bass,  excellent imaging and soundstage and a superb build quality ! And for the money they definitely give a window into what the upper line of tannoys like the Canterbury's do at a lower price point. These are 100% in new condition and only 3 1/2 years old and purchased brand new by the sna member i bought them off .Would prefer pickup and priority will be given to local buyers , but I do have original cartons so can organise them to be sent.
