Hi Everyone, 

I'm in the process of assisting a close friend liquidate a vast majority of his Hi Fi equipment as he has recently transitioned into Aged Care Centre shortly and unfortunately cannot take the majority of his equipment with him to the centre. 

My friend tells me he recalls purchasing this item new from Caxton Audio at Paddington, Brisbane.Qld. I have tested this well made and great sounding CD player with my audio system and it works as expected with no issues playing normal CDs and played several over a weekend of testing. The included remote control was also tested and worked as expected. It hasn't had much use as approximately 2yrs after his purchased this CDP, he upgraded to a balanced output CD player and this unit was subsequently boxed up and stored away until recently.
