Up for sale is a mint condition MiniDSP SHD Studio Streamer and Dirac Live processor. Includes all original accessories as shown and in original box -presents as new. Umik-1 also included as shown. I only used this for a very short time before being gifted a Roon Lifetime Licence, meaning that I was able to stream directly to my Storm Processor. Hence, this is no longer required.

Sound quality is great -no discernible difference between streaming via this unit or directly to my Storm pre pro. Provides Dirac Live 2.0 processing also which is a phenomenal benefit particularly for those running a 2 channel set up with no processing capabilities. Licence is embedded into unit so no need to purchase any licence.

Switch between speakers "A" and speakers "B" with ease!
Connect to the amplifier's speaker-out, then connect two sets of speakers to the switcher. Conncections are bare-wire screws.

I have checked operation with a continuity tester.
Size: 12cm (wide) x 10cm (deep) x 4cm (high).

Note: Although the panel suggests that it's possible to have speakers A and B simultaneously. However, the switcher will only allow speaker A or speaker B to operate, but not both together.

This is the Version 2 Power supply upgrade for Bluesound Node N130, X N131 and N132.
I found it best to be used with a Linear Power Supply but other guys have found great success with a low noise SMPS such as an IFI.

It was used on my n130 which I have now sold.

When used with a linear power supply it brought the streamer closer to a 2k one. Worked perfectly with my Gustard R26. Rave reviews online.

The Cisco 2960 switches are well regarded for audio. I wasn't a believer that a switch could make a difference to an audio system, until I tried a Netgear GS108E which was an improvement but was then undeniably beaten by this Cisco 2960. Sonic performance has been further improved by converting the unit for DC operation, removing the internal and electrically noisy switched mode power supply. A low ESR capacitor has also been added internally to the DC input, to attenuate external noise. This DC modification yielded a further improvement to sonic performance.

A 12V DC, 2A supply is required, ideally a low noise linear supply. A PSU is not supplied, but I can supply a generic 12V switched mode plug pack for an additional $15 if required. The DC jack is a standard 2.1mm socket so you may well have one lying around at home. The Cisco 2960 switch also has an SFP port if you want to later try using an optical module for further network isolation.

The impact of this switch was a reduction in harshness, a lower noise floor and a better sense of imaging and space (YMMV) and for the price, the improvement was disproportionately better value than say a cable change that may yield similar but less marked results.

For this low price, it's an excellent and low risk entry point into yet another avenue of improving the SQ of your system.
