Premium Audio Company Powering Up for May Launch
Premium Audio Company, the parent company of the Klipsch and Jamo brands, is ramping up operations for its official May launch in Australia.
The company says it has solidified its growth plans with its current and long-standing retail partners, including leading retailer Harvey Norman and selected premium specialist retailers across the country.
Premium Audio Company announced in December last year it would end its third-party distribution relationship with Melbourne-based QualiFi, opting instead for direct operations in Australia. This growing trend of product representation and distribution allows the company to more effectively work directly with its retailers to enhance its brand presence and increase market share.
In a few short months, Premium Audio Company has built a local and experienced team, led by the Director of Sales and Marketing in Australia, Peter Shamoon. Already appointed are sales and marketing executives, many of whom have experience with and are passionate about the Klipsch and Jamo brands.

Earlier this month, PAC announced a new strategic relationship with SnapAV, its distribution partner for Klipsch and Jamo custom installation products in Australia.
Premium Audio Company says it is set to launch some of its most innovative and tech-focused products this year. These releases include the Klipsch Cinema 1200 and 800 soundbars with Dolby Atmos capability and its Klipsch T5 II ANC True Wireless earphones powered by artificial intelligence and head gestures, as well as the Klipsch HP-1 ANC Over-Ear headphones.
While Premium Audio Company (Australia) is already working hard behind the scenes, it officially kicks off supplying products to its growing retailer base from May 1st, 2021.

applause awards
Each time StereoNET reviews a product, it is considered for an Applause Award. Winning one marks it out as a design of great quality and distinction – a special product in its class, on the grounds of either performance, value for money, or usually both.
Applause Awards are personally issued by StereoNET’s global Editor-in-Chief, David Price – who has over three decades of experience reviewing hi-fi products at the highest level – after consulting with our senior editorial team. They are not automatically given with all reviews, nor can manufacturers purchase them.
The StereoNET editorial team includes some of the world’s most experienced and respected hi-fi journalists with a vast wealth of knowledge. Some have edited popular English language hi-fi magazines, and others have been senior contributors to famous audio journals stretching back to the late 1970s. And we also employ professional IT and home theatre specialists who work at the cutting edge of today’s technology.
We believe that no other online hi-fi and home cinema resource offers such expert knowledge, so when StereoNET gives an Applause Award, it is a trustworthy hallmark of quality. Receiving such an award is the prerequisite to becoming eligible for our annual Product of the Year awards, awarded only to the finest designs in their respective categories. Buyers of hi-fi, home cinema, and headphones can be sure that a StereoNET Applause Award winner is worthy of your most serious attention.
