Klipsch Trade-in and Bonus The Fives Promotion

If you've been eyeing off some tasty new audio gear from the Indianapolis-based audio specialist Klipsch, celebrating its 75th-anniversary this year, then now is the time to dive right in.

Trade Away your old Audio Toys!

Until December 24th 2021, you can trade in any audio product (speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, headphones, CD players etc.) - working or not, and you'll receive up to $1000 trade-in value on eligible Klipsch Reference Premiere speakers.

Redesigned from the ground up, the Klipsch Reference Premiere series leverages 75 years of Klipsch signature acoustic expertise with cutting-edge technology, to deliver the ultimate premium home theatre and hi-fi listening solution. The extensive range covers all you need, whether it be a simple, high-quality stereo system or a complete Dolby Atmos surround sound package. One thing is sure; Reference Premiere has earned a reputation for its ability to deliver a massively immersive sound for an affordable investment.

This offer is available only through authorised Klipsch Reference Premiere dealers.

Bonus Klipsch Fives Offer

As if the Trade-in offer wasn't enough, Klipsch is also running a bonus offer until December 24th 2021. All you need to do is purchase any Klipsch Heritage premium audio loudspeaker, and you'll get a bonus pair of the award-winning Fives (valued at $1,595) free by redemption.

The Klipsch Fives are ideal for your sideboard, dining room, or any other living space you desire awesome sound. Better yet, why not ditch the soundbar and replace it with high-quality stereo speakers?

It's no surprise then that The Fives are fitted with an HDMI connection that supports ARC – the Audio Return Channel. That allows a connected TV to feed its sound back to the speakers via the HDMI cable.

The Fives hark back to Klipsch's renowned retro-styling with their tweedy grills and real wood veneers. One of the speakers is active – you choose between left and right – while the other is passive. A four-metre cable is provided to connect them. Volume and input selection controls are on the top of the active speaker.

Klipsch has a reputation for quality and a very long heritage in high-efficiency loudspeakers. The Fives each incorporate a 25mm titanium dome tweeter loaded with a large Tractrix horn, plus a 114mm high excursion woofer. The horn increases system efficiency so that the speakers can deliver more sound from less power. Not that that's in short supply, with 60 watts available for each woofer and 20 watts for each tweeter.

Eligible models for the promotion include the Heresy IV, Forte IV, Cornwall IV, La Scala AL5, and Klipschorn AL6.

    applause awards

Each time StereoNET reviews a product, it is considered for an Applause Award. Winning one marks it out as a design of great quality and distinction – a special product in its class, on the grounds of either performance, value for money, or usually both.

Applause Awards are personally issued by StereoNET’s global Editor-in-Chief, David Price – who has over three decades of experience reviewing hi-fi products at the highest level – after consulting with our senior editorial team. They are not automatically given with all reviews, nor can manufacturers purchase them.

The StereoNET editorial team includes some of the world’s most experienced and respected hi-fi journalists with a vast wealth of knowledge. Some have edited popular English language hi-fi magazines, and others have been senior contributors to famous audio journals stretching back to the late 1970s. And we also employ professional IT and home theatre specialists who work at the cutting edge of today’s technology.

We believe that no other online hi-fi and home cinema resource offers such expert knowledge, so when StereoNET gives an Applause Award, it is a trustworthy hallmark of quality. Receiving such an award is the prerequisite to becoming eligible for our annual Product of the Year awards, awarded only to the finest designs in their respective categories. Buyers of hi-fi, home cinema, and headphones can be sure that a StereoNET Applause Award winner is worthy of your most serious attention.
