Italian rack manufacturer Bassocontinuo has released the latest in their lineup of beautifully designed racks specifically for HiFi applications.

With more than ten years spent developing the new range, company owner, Lorenzo Belloli told StereoNET that the modular design allows the Classic Line to cater to just about any application.

The Classic Line uprights are CNC machined from solid 35mm steel before they are finished in dark gray metallic. Two different length uprights are available in 50mm and 100mm to allow for various configuration.

The shelves are produced from 25mm MDF and finished in “Cerbereo Black”  which is a matte, non-reflective jet black finish. Like the flagship Reference Line, the shelves are load rated to 60kg each.

Belloli also said that wall brackets would be available soon which will allow the Classic Line shelves to be used for wall mounted turntables.

Prices start at $790 RRP per shelf and will be available in Australia in March.
